Gear Pumps Models

Bowie Industries manufactures the same rotary gear pumps that power its own Hydro-Mulchers®. They operate in either rotational direction and move thick, abrasive slurries that would wear out ordinary pumps, which makes them a dependable choice for hydroseeding, mulching and other demanding transfer jobs.

The 300 Series is a standard bushing-type pump offered in 2", 3" and 4" sizes, with a choice of Buna-N, polyurethane or ductile iron gears and fatigue-proof or stainless steel shafts. The 500 Series steps up to inboard ball bearings and metal-covered lip seals for added durability when pumping abrasive slurries. Both series run up to 400 RPM and 100 PSI and come in multiple sizes and configurations to fit your equipment.
